How do I start using MiyoMind on Discord?

Getting started takes a couple of minutes from the MiyoMind web dashboard. You create a free account, link your Discord, then message the bot like you would any friend in a channel or DM.

1. Sign up at miyomind.com — the free tier needs no card and gives you 100 credits every month.
2. In the dashboard, open Settings, then Preferences, and choose Discord as a chat surface.
3. Follow the prompt to link your Discord account to MiyoMind so the bot knows the messages are yours.
4. Open Discord and send Miyo your first message — try a question, a reminder, or a document to read.
5. Keep chatting naturally. Miyo remembers context across the conversation and across your other connected apps.

Privacy is built into how MiyoMind runs. Every paid user gets their own dedicated, sandboxed Docker container with an isolated workspace, no public internet egress, a read-only root filesystem and dropped Linux capabilities — and that container holds zero external API keys. The free tier runs on a shared direct-agent path instead of a dedicated container.

• Integration tokens and your saved memories are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• A 10-layer prompt-injection defence plus output scrubbing runs on every single message.
• You authorise each OAuth connector yourself and can review what is connected from the dashboard.

On the build side, MiyoMind runs the open-source OpenClaw agent runtime, a model router called Hermes, and our own orchestration, memory, billing, safety and routing code. It draws on frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Alibaba and picks the right one for the task — so it is genuinely an assistant platform, not a thin wrapper around a single model.
