What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are how MiyoMind meters actual AI model and tool usage. Quick replies cost about 1 credit; longer drafting or connector-heavy work costs more. Subscription credits reset each month, while one-time top-up packs never expire.
What can MiyoMind actually do?
It can search the live web with citations, draft and summarize email, set one-off and recurring reminders, generate images, transcribe voice notes and reply with audio, read and analyze PDFs and documents, remember your preferences across chats, and act in connected tools like Gmail, Calendar, Notion, and Slack.
Which AI models does MiyoMind use?
MiyoMind routes each task to a suitable frontier model from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or Alibaba using its Hermes router. You are not locked to a single provider, so the assistant can pick the right model for the job.
Is MiyoMind just a wrapper around ChatGPT?
No. MiyoMind runs the open-source OpenClaw agent runtime, the Hermes model router, and our own orchestration, memory, billing, and safety code. It uses frontier models under the hood, but the assistant, persona, memory, and safety layers are built by us.
How is my data kept private?
Your connected accounts and memories are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Every message runs through a 10-layer prompt-injection defense and output scrubbing. Paid users run in an isolated, sandboxed container with no public internet egress and zero stored third-party keys.
Does MiyoMind remember me?
Yes. MiyoMind keeps long-term memory of your preferences and important facts so you do not have to repeat yourself, and it can recall past conversations. You can view and manage what it remembers from your dashboard.
Can MiyoMind send email on my behalf?
MiyoMind can draft replies, summarize threads, and search your inbox once you connect Gmail or Outlook. It focuses on drafting so you stay in control of what actually gets sent.
What integrations are supported?
MiyoMind connects via secure OAuth to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Linear, and around 30 connectors across productivity, storage, and social tools. Availability depends on which connectors are enabled.
Can it set reminders?
Yes. Tell MiyoMind something in plain language like “remind me to call the dentist Thursday at 3pm” and it sets it — including recurring reminders — then delivers them right in your chat app.
Can MiyoMind understand voice notes and images?
Yes. Send a voice note and Miyo transcribes it and responds; it can also reply with spoken audio. It can generate images from a text prompt and read documents and PDFs you send.
