AI assistant for busy professionals

MiyoMind is an AI personal assistant for work that lives inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and a web dashboard. Busy professionals use it to draft inbox replies, manage calendars and reminders, prep for meetings and run quick cited research — all by texting plain-English requests instead of switching between apps.

Knowledge workers lose hours every day to the work around the work: sorting email, scheduling, chasing context before a meeting, and looking things up. MiyoMind collapses those micro-tasks into a single chat. You text Miyo the same way you'd message a sharp chief of staff, and it handles the email draft, the calendar block, the reminder and the research in one thread — from the messaging app you already have open.

What can it do for a busy professional?

MiyoMind handles the recurring admin that fragments a focused workday. One conversation covers most of it, and because it runs across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord and the web dashboard, you can fire off a request from a phone between meetings and pick up the thread later at your desk. The core jobs it does well:

  • Inbox triage and drafting — summarise long threads and write a reply in your voice, ready for you to review and send.
  • Calendar and reminders — set one-off and recurring reminders that fire across your chat apps, and connect Google Calendar or Outlook to check and create events.
  • Meeting prep — pull together a quick brief on a company, person or topic before a call, with live web search and citations.
  • Quick research — answer a factual question with current sources instead of a stale model guess.
  • Documents — read and analyse PDFs and files you send, then summarise or extract what you need.
  • Memory — remember your preferences, projects and key people so you stop re-explaining context every time.

It connects to the tools you already use through secure OAuth — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Linear and roughly 30 connectors in total. A connector becomes available once the operator has configured it, so what's live depends on your workspace setup.

How does it work from WhatsApp or Telegram?

You message Miyo in natural language and it figures out the task, runs the right tools, and replies in the same thread — no commands to memorise and nothing extra to install for chat. Here are real prompts a professional might send and what happens next:

You: Summarise the last email thread with Acme and draft a reply pushing the kickoff to next Tuesday.
Miyo: [reads the thread, sends back a 3-line summary + a ready-to-send draft]

You: Remind me every Friday at 4pm to send the weekly status update.
Miyo: Recurring reminder set — I'll ping you here every Friday at 4pm.

You: I've got a call with Priya at 2. Give me a one-page brief on her company.
Miyo: [runs a live web search, returns a brief with cited sources]

You: What's the latest on the EU AI Act enforcement timeline? Cite sources.
Miyo: [returns a current answer with links]

You: Here's the contract PDF — pull out the payment terms and any auto-renewal clause.
Miyo: [reads the file, extracts the clauses you asked for]

Under the hood, MiyoMind runs the open-source OpenClaw agent runtime, a model router called Hermes, and our own orchestration, memory, billing and safety code, drawing on frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Alibaba. You don't pick a model — Hermes routes each request to a capable one, so you just describe the outcome.

A day in the life

The point isn't any single feature — it's that one assistant follows you across the day in the apps you already live in.

  1. 8:40am, on the train: 'What's on my calendar today and what should I prep for?' Miyo lists your meetings and flags the two that need a brief.
  2. 9:15am: 'Triage my unread email — what actually needs me?' It surfaces the threads that need a reply and drafts two of them.
  3. 11:00am, before a sales call: 'Quick brief on this prospect.' Miyo runs live search and returns a cited one-pager.
  4. 2:30pm: 'Remind me to follow up with the prospect on Thursday at 10.' Reminder set, fires in your chat app.
  5. 5:00pm: 'Draft my weekly update from these three bullet points.' It writes the update; you review and send.

Is it safe and private enough for work?

MiyoMind is built for sensitive work context. Every paid user gets their own dedicated, sandboxed Docker container with an isolated workspace, no public internet egress, a read-only root filesystem, dropped Linux capabilities, and zero external API keys stored inside it. Your connected integrations and saved memories are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and a 10-layer prompt-injection defence plus output scrubbing runs on every message. The free tier runs on a shared direct-agent path rather than a dedicated container — fine for trying it out, with the isolation upgrade coming on a paid plan.

How much does it cost?

MiyoMind is credit-based — credits meter actual model and tool usage, so a quick reminder costs far less than a deep research run. There's a free tier with no card required, and two paid plans that each include a dedicated sandboxed container.

PlanPrice / moCredits / moDedicated container
Free$0100No (shared direct-agent)
Plus$14.996,000Yes — 1 container
Pro$39.9918,000Yes — 1 container

If you burn through your monthly credits, top-up packs are available — 600 for $3, 2,000 for $10, 5,000 for $25, or 10,000 for $50. One credit is worth roughly $0.005 of usage. You can start on Free with no card, see whether it fits your day, and upgrade when you want a dedicated container and a bigger monthly allowance.

Frequently asked questions

Can MiyoMind read and reply to my email?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook through secure OAuth and Miyo can summarise threads and draft replies in your voice from chat. It writes the draft for you to review and send, so you stay in control of what actually goes out.

Do I need to install anything to use it at work?

No installation is needed for chat — you use MiyoMind inside WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord, or via the web dashboard at miyomind.com in any browser. You message Miyo in plain English; there are no commands to learn.

Can it set recurring reminders that reach me across apps?

Yes. Miyo handles both one-off and recurring reminders, and they fire in your connected chat apps. You can ask for something like a weekly status-update nudge every Friday at 4pm and it will ping you there on schedule.

Which work tools does it connect to?

MiyoMind connects via OAuth to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Notion, Slack, GitHub and Linear, plus roughly 30 connectors across productivity, storage and social. A given connector is available once the operator has configured it for your workspace.

Is my data isolated from other users?

On a paid plan, yes — every paid user gets a dedicated, sandboxed Docker container with no public internet egress, a read-only root filesystem and no stored external API keys. Integrations and memories are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The free tier runs on a shared direct-agent path.

How is MiyoMind different from a basic chatbot?

MiyoMind is an agent, not just a chat window. It runs the OpenClaw runtime plus the Hermes model router and our own orchestration, so one conversation can search the live web with citations, draft email, set reminders, read documents and remember your context — rather than only answering questions.
