That context means you stop re-explaining yourself every time you ask for help.

What can it actually do for a freelancer?

MiyoMind covers the recurring admin tasks that define solo work. Each of these is a single message away, and Miyo uses your remembered context to make the output specific rather than generic:

• Proposals and scopes — turn a rough brief into a structured proposal with deliverables, timeline and price, in your own tone.
• Client email drafts — polite chasers, scope-creep pushbacks, onboarding notes and project updates, drafted for you to review and send.
• Invoicing reminders — one-off and recurring reminders that fire in your chat app so a 30-day payment never slips your mind.
• Scheduling — propose call times, draft the confirmation, and with Google Calendar or Outlook connected, check and create events.
• Research — live web search with citations to vet a prospect, size a market, or check what competitors charge before you quote.
• Content — case studies, LinkedIn posts, portfolio copy, newsletter drafts and image generation for thumbnails or mockups.

It also reads and analyses documents and PDFs (think a client's messy requirements doc or a contract you want summarised), transcribes voice notes so you can capture an idea while walking, creates files it delivers straight back to you, and recalls past conversations so a thread you had three weeks ago is searchable.

MiyoMind connects to the tools you already run through secure OAuth, so Miyo can act on the systems where your work actually lives:

• Gmail and Microsoft Outlook for email drafting and triage
• Google Calendar for checking availability and creating events
• Google Drive for files and documents
• Notion, Slack, GitHub and Linear for projects and dev work
• Around 30 connectors in total across productivity, storage and social tools

A connector becomes available once it has been configured, and you grant access yourself — nothing is touched without your explicit OAuth consent.

How much does it cost?

MiyoMind has a free tier and two paid plans. Credits meter your actual model and tool usage, so light admin days cost little. For most freelancers, Plus is the practical starting point because it includes a dedicated, isolated container.

If you burn through your monthly credits during a busy stretch, top-up packs are available (600 for $3, 2,000 for $10, 5,000 for $25, 10,000 for $50). One credit is worth roughly $0.005 of value, and no card is required to start on the free tier.

Is client data safe?

Privacy is built into the architecture, which matters when you're handling client briefs, contracts and email. Every paid user gets their own dedicated, sandboxed Docker container with an isolated workspace, no public internet egress, a read-only root filesystem and dropped Linux capabilities — it holds zero external API keys. Your integrations and memories are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and a 10-layer prompt-injection defence plus output scrubbing runs on every message. The free tier runs on a shared direct-agent path without a dedicated container.

On how it's built: MiyoMind runs the open-source OpenClaw agent runtime, a model router called Hermes, and our own proprietary orchestration, memory, billing, safety and routing code. It draws on frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and Alibaba — the routing picks the right one for the task, so you don't have to think about models at all.
