MiyoMind for Gmail

Email is where most of your day quietly disappears. MiyoMind connects to your Gmail account and lets you handle the inbox the way you already talk: "summarise the thread from Priya," "draft a polite reply declining the meeting," "remind me to follow up with the recruiter on Thursday." You stay in WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or the web dashboard, and Miyo does the digging and the drafting.

What can you do with Gmail and MiyoMind?

Once Gmail is connected, MiyoMind reads, searches, and drafts on your behalf so you spend less time in the inbox and more time deciding. The most common jobs people hand to Miyo:

How do you connect Gmail to MiyoMind?

Connecting takes about a minute and uses Google's official OAuth flow — you authorise from a Google screen and never paste a password into MiyoMind.

1. Open the MiyoMind web dashboard at miyomind.com and go to the Connectors page.
2. Find the Gmail tile and click Connect.
3. You're sent to Google's own consent screen. Review the access being requested and approve it.
4. Google redirects you back to MiyoMind and the Gmail tile shows as connected.
5. Start chatting — try "summarise my unread emails" or "draft a reply to the last message from Sam" in any of your connected chat apps.

If the Gmail tile shows "setup required" instead of a Connect button, the operator running your MiyoMind instance hasn't configured the Google OAuth credentials yet — a connector becomes available only once that's in place. This is intentional and honest: you'll never see a Connect button that leads to a dead end.

There's no syntax to learn. Talk to Miyo the way you'd brief an assistant:

Is connecting Gmail safe?

Yes. MiyoMind uses Google's standard OAuth, so you grant access on Google's screen and can revoke it anytime from your Google Account permissions. The access token MiyoMind receives is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, bound to your account so it can't be reused elsewhere. On paid plans your assistant runs inside a dedicated, sandboxed container with a read-only root filesystem and no public internet egress, and every message passes through a multi-layer prompt-injection defence with output scrubbing.

An AI assistant that drafts, summarises, and triages email gives that time back without you having to switch tools — you're already in your chat app, and Gmail comes to you.
