What kinds of files can Miyo create?

Miyo creates files that come out of a conversation: written deliverables and generated images. You describe what you need, Miyo produces it, and the result lands in your library as a real, downloadable file rather than a wall of chat text.

• Documents and notes — meeting summaries, briefs, drafts, structured write-ups, and plain-text or formatted files you can download and reuse.
• Reports and summaries — Miyo can research a topic with live web search, then write the findings into a single file with citations.
• Generated images — describe an image and Miyo produces it, then delivers it to your library alongside your documents.

How does file delivery work?

When Miyo finishes a file, it uploads it to your personal file library and returns a download link in the chat. You don't have to remember to export anything—delivery is automatic and deterministic. If the assistant produced something deliverable during a turn, that file is saved and surfaced to you rather than left stranded in a temporary workspace.

1. Ask in plain language: "Write me a summary of this PDF and save it as a document," or "Generate a logo concept image of a blue mountain."
2. Miyo does the work—researching, reading, drafting, or generating as needed.
3. The finished file is uploaded to your library and a download link appears in the same conversation.
4. Open it any time from the web dashboard's Files page, or re-download from the chat where it was created.

Where are my files stored, and is it private?

Files live in your own MiyoMind file library, accessible from the web dashboard. Each user has a generous storage quota, and download links are time-limited signed URLs rather than permanently public addresses, so a link can't be guessed or indexed.

Privacy is structural, not just policy. On paid plans, your assistant runs inside a dedicated, sandboxed Docker container with no public internet egress, a read-only root filesystem, and dropped Linux capabilities—its workspace is isolated from other users. Any integration tokens and long-term memories MiyoMind holds are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and every message passes through a 10-layer prompt-injection defence with output scrubbing. The free tier runs on a shared direct-agent path instead of a dedicated container.

What does it cost?

MiyoMind runs on credits, which meter the actual model and tool usage behind each request. Creating a simple document from text you provide is inexpensive; tasks that add live web research or image generation cost more because they do more work. Image generation in particular draws meaningfully more credits than writing a short note, since it calls a generation model.

Need more than your monthly allowance? Credits are also sold as top-up packs—600 for $3, 2,000 for $10, 5,000 for $25, and 10,000 for $50. One credit is worth roughly half a cent of value, and you only spend on what you actually use.

Tips for getting better files

• Say what the file is for. "Draft a client-ready project brief" produces a tidier file than "write something about the project."
• Hand Miyo the source material. Share the PDF, document, or notes you want summarised so the file is grounded in your real content.
• Ask for research first when accuracy matters—Miyo can search the web with citations, then write the findings into the file.
• Name the format you want in the request, and ask Miyo to save it so the download link is generated automatically.
• Use long-term memory to your advantage: once Miyo knows your preferred tone or structure, your files come back closer to ready every time.
